  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Please Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Baby Bottles, Teats & Warmers (once opened)
  • Baby Sterilisers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Baby Capsules (safety equipment with specific installation requirements)
  • Bath Toys (once removed from packaging)
  • Any items that have been used or show signs of wear

Step-by-Step Return Process

Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Package Your Items

Please pack items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for items until they reach our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
